Mama Together: A Weekly Circle for Mothers

Rest your body, soothe your soul. Every week we will explore the highs and lows of the transition to motherhood in a calm, supportive environment. Come to offload and be heard, or just to listen and be in the presence of other mothers. With guided relaxations, sweet treats and occasional massages, it’s your weekly dose of self-care. You deserve it.

This group is currently inviting mothers with babies aged 0-6 months. If your child is older than this, please contact me here.
